Warren L. Evans, 61, of Lexington, IL passed away Tuesday August 16, 2011 at his residence.
Warren was born August 9, 1950 in Bloomington, IL, the son of Robert Lee and Helen Jacobs Evans.
Surviving are two sons Charles (Jennifer) Evans of Normal, Il and Eric Evans of Bloomington, Il, as well as four daughters Vicki Evans Carleton of Gibson City, Il, Anna (Colby) Downs of Rankin, Il, Elaine Evans of Normal, Il and Lisa Evans of Bloomington, Il; nine grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.
Warren served in the United States Army from 1970-1972, and later worked as a supervisor at the Cargill Plant in Bloomington, IL. Warren was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on August 27, 2011at East lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, IL. Visitation will be held one hour prior also at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, IL.
