Jo Ann Haines

Jo Ann Haines passed away peacefully on June 17, 2018 in Monroe House in Bloomington, Indiana. She was the daughter of Orville and Bonnie(Ulery)Priest and born in Anderson, Indiana on April 2, 1928. Jo Ann loved to sing and play the piano. She also enjoyed gardening and being with her family. She is survived by her daughter Teresa Rigney, two sons and their wives; Bobby(Jenny)Haines and Jeff(Sherri)Haines, two brothers and sisters-in law; Jim(Judy)Priest and Dan(Mary)Priest, one sister and brother-in-law; Sally(Richard)Counceller, 8 grandchildren; Scott, Ben, Megan, Josh, Melissa, Matthew, Lily and Melody, 3 great grandchildren; Connor, Emma and Luke, several nieces and nephews and her sister-in-law Betty Priest. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband Robert Haines, her parents Orville and Bonnie Priest, her sister Doris Whittmen and her brother Robert Priest. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel, 700 W. Gourley Pike, Bloomington, Indiana 47404. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. with Allen Ketchersid officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, Hendricksville, Indiana.
