Margaret Marie Howard

Margaret M. Howard, 103, of Bloomington, died peacefully in her home on October 16, 2018. She was born in Columbus, Indiana on a cold December day in the year 1914 to James W. And Della C.(Bradley)Morrison. She married William “Bill” Howard on July 14, 1934. He preceded her in death in June of 2003. Margaret worked at RCA for many years before retiring to enjoy her hobbies of crocheting, cooking, camping, playing euchre and most especially being with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who meant so much to her. Margaret is survived by her daughter Mary Smock , her sister Josephine Van Slyke, 5 grandchildren; Joseph Von Pilsen, Teena Oliver, Lisa Patton, Angela Shields and Eric Goetcheus, 17 great grand-children and 18 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jane Von Pilsen, four sisters; Ida Mae Zane, Ruby Branam, Jetta Sheppard, Genevieve Mullis, her grandson Jeff Goetcheus, her great-granddaughter Ashley Von Pilsen and her niece Judy Branam. Visitation for Margaret will be Friday, October 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel, 700 W.
