Earl was born in Bloomington to the late Thomas and Lela (Rogers) Leach on November 27, 1926. Earl was a veteran of the US Army serving in Austria during WWII. He is also survived by two grandchildren; Jessica Lynn Leach and Jacqueline Suzanne Hinson, four great-grandchildren; Trey Bradley Leach, Hunter Scott Leach, John Robert Hinson, Josaphina June Hinson and two sisters; Dorothy Dillman and Martha Dell Fiscus.
