deRojas, Agustin “Al,” 65 of Boca Raton, FL passed away on February 16, 2011. Born in Cuba, Al moved to New York 50 years ago. Shortly thereafter the family relocated to Boca Raton, Florida in 1971. He spent 45 years in the optical industry, earning the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008 for Optical Industry Pioneers. Al is survived by his loving wife, Regina, of 47 years; his children, Laura deRojas, Andrew (Geena) deRojas, and Rebecca (Mauricio) Pages; and his grandchildren, Maria, Ciera, Cristina, Logan, Matia and Racquel.
