Alberta Romean

Alberta was born in Philadelphia, PA on February, 26, 1930 and was the daughter of Leon and Rose Concillio. She married her sweetheart Joseph Romean on a beautiful day in October of 1951. They settled in Philadelphia, PA where they raised their daughter Regina.

She ran the suit department in Macy’s and drove around town through her 80s, while simultaneously taking care of her husband and her mother. When she moved in with her daughter 10 years ago, she then took it upon herself to run their house! She loved to play mahjong with her friends, cook, and take care of everyone around her.

Above everything, Alberta loved her family. Although we are saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing she is with her dear Joseph again and watching over our family with love and pride.

Predeceased by her adored husband in December 2007; she leaves beautiful memories to her daughter Regina, her husband Joseph, granddaughter Erica, and many more dear relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 17th at 11am at Mary Help of Christians Church, 5980 North University Drive, Parkland, FL 33067, followed by burial at Boca Raton Mausoleum, 451 SW 4th Ave, Boca Raton, FL. 33432.
