She was the beautiful daughter of Georgina Laverde and Ernesto Castano and youngest sister to her dearest siblings Maria Elena, Jose Castano, and Jesús Castano, who she cherished many precious memories with, including plenty with her closest aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She is survived by her loving partner of 22 years, Mario Santana, and held the most unwavering love and support for her children Christian Correa and Vanessa Santana.
Ana was a beloved mother, wife, sister, cousin, and friend who made a big impact on so many lives and touched so many hearts. She was a beacon of strength, love, and selflessness, serving as a guiding light for everyone fortunate enough to have known her. Even amidst her own trials of life, such as coming to the U.S. at the mere age of 16 and having to raise a son all on her own for 7 years, Ana’s unconditional love still knew no bounds; she gave endlessly to others throughout her lifetime, never expecting anything in return.
A service to celebrate Ana’s life will be held this Saturday, April 27th, from 4pm - 7pm. The service will begin at 5pm. The location is Babione Funeral Home, 10060 Calle Comercio Drive, Boca Raton FL.
We are eternally grateful for the privilege of sharing our lives with Ana. As we mourn her passing, we can take comfort in continuing the legacy of strength, love and selflessness that she left behind. Although she now rests in peace, we know that her light will always continue to shine brightly in our hearts, guiding us through life's journey.
