Our Aunt Ann passed away peacefully on March 18, 2019. She was the last surviving sibling of twelve in the DiRienzo family and she was ninety-one years young. She was born in Newark, New Jersey on August 20, 1927 and was employed with The Bell Telephone Company/ATT for forty-five years as a Supervisor.
She moved to Kissimmee, Florida forty years ago and then re-located to Delray Beach, Florida in 2015. She loved to shop, cook Italian cuisine, dress-up and dine, travel, read, word puzzles, and talk politics. She kept up on all current events and was sharp as a tack. Her family and friends were the most important part of her life and she never missed a birthday or special event.
She is survived by her nieces and their families. Adrienne and Dean Singleton, William, Paige, and Adam, Kaiya and Zayden. Pam and Jeff Telford, Nicholas and Grant. She also leaves behind her brother-in-law Nicholas Casale and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that are too many to mention.
She was bigger than life and fierce to the end. We will miss her everyday and will hold our memories close to our hearts.
