He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Anthony D’Amour, his mother Myra and his daughter, Renee Helton.
He is survived by his wife, Juli Anne, his daughters: Gloria D. (Richard) Anderman, Cynthia A. D’Amour, Michelle L. (Tom) D’Amour and his son: Bernard A. (Lisa) D’Amour; granddaughters: Chelsea (Jose) Mueller, Savannah Helton, Victoria Anderman, Grandson: Mickenzie Mueller. Also Great-Grandson: Nicholas Helton. Bernard was predeceased by Granddaughter Michelle D’Amour.
As an accomplished businessman, he held positions such as SVP of Oppenheimer & Co, and owner and CEO of Multiline Building Specialties, Inc. along with many other companies.
Bernard had many interests including flying his own airplane, boating, fishing, target shooting and assembling model airplanes.
He was active in the Roman Catholic Church and served as a Eucharistic minister. In fact he met his wife of 13 years at church.
Bernard will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A viewing is planned on August 2nd from 5-8 pm at Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church in Delray Beach at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 3rd followed by interment at Lauderdale Memorial Park, Fort Lauderdale.
