Your infectious smile and witty ways always made for a great day at work. I always admired your work ethic and I learned a lot from you. Thank you for being my friend. My sincerest condolences and prayers go out to your son, your wife and your entire family. May they find comfort from the memories they hold dear and close of you. Dave was one of kind in the most special way. He had a way of lighting up a room with just his smile, and his Dave the dude mannerisms! He loved life, his family and his friends. Don and I always loved and laughed in his company. The many lives Dave touched are better for his friendship and kind heart. Miss you Dave, see you soon on a beach playing volleyball in heaven. <3 Kim & Don Knapp

I can’t pick just one memory. After he bounced into my restaurant in 1997 as the best friend of my husband, he stole my heart with his smile, love of people, life, food & beverage and more. When he met Jeralyn, you couldn’t wipe the smile from his face. I knew his heart was taken. And Jeralyn being as beautiful inside as out, we were all thrilled. Along came Nathaniel, wedding, sharing in their honeymoon was joyous. 20 years wasn’t long enough. But we will always remember with love & a smile Dave the Dudeman and raise our glasses & hearts as that’s what Dude would want. Jeralyn & Nathaniel, you’re forever in our prayers. A man who always wore a smile and had a genuine twinkle in his eye for his wife and son. Such a kind soul who made everyone feel comfortable and included. We all can carry on his legacy by showing the same kindness and compassion to everyone we meet. May you continue to Shine On in the hearts of all who loved and cared for you, Dave.

Jeralyn & Nate

Although we’ve never met, Julian and I feel we know you both. We live at Stonebridge and have known and adored David for as long as he’s been part of the Stonebridge family. He talked about you both. He was so proud of you Nate. We never saw him where the conversation didn’t focus on you, everything you’d accomplished so far, and how successful he knew you would be. We are so sorry that he’s not with us any longer. We will miss seeing him so much. We hope you will take to heart how much he loved you both.

In life today very rarely do you have a chance to meet such a kind giving and happy person as Dave the Dude . He never had a bad day and always had time for others . The way he showed the happiness he had of seeing you was second to none ! Meeting the Dude left you with a feeling of how he was so happy to meet you and call you his friend when it was really us who were the lucky ones to have met such a great guy.
I as many many people will never forget all the great memories .
Jeralyn and Nate my thoughts and prayers are with you both through these very tough times .
