Douglas Harold Weisman

Douglas “Doug” Weisman, 69, of Plantation, FL passed away on December 16, 2021. Doug was born and raised in Mason, Ohio. He came to Florida in 1972 to work for Motorola and was a dedicated Motorola employee for nearly 40 years. Doug was an avid reader, a lover of old movies, passionate about American history, had an encyclopedia knowledge of rock-n-roll and told the best stories. He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa Weisman and his parents Harold and Jean Weisman. He is survived by his son, Robert Weisman, and his daughter, Natalie Restivo (Weisman) and their spouses Amy Ford and Justin Restivo. He was a loving brother to Gary Weisman, Lyn Mayewski, Nicci Reams and Meg Barry. He was the best grandpa to four grandchildren, Taylor Weisman, Payton Weisman, Londyn Weisman and Charlotte Restivo. He will be dearly missed by many other family and friends.
