I,am sorry for your loss..Frankie and I were good friends in high school and have many fond memories of that time in our lives she will be missed

When I drive thru Charlotte traveling from NJ to Burlington, I still think of Fran and the fun days we had at Rice.  She lived her life to the fullest and spread her good sense of humor far and wide.  My sympathies to her family.

I went to high school with Fran. Though I haven't seen her since her college years, I feel saddend by the knowledge that she no longer graces this earth. I remember her as a lovely, intellegent, thoughtful and caring person ... may God bless her and her family.

I didn't know Frances well but she and Tony came in to the small post office where I work.  Always such a pleasant couple and she will be missed.  I had to smile when I read the "polished her rule breaking and boundary pushing skills."  A lovely tribute to her....

   And, that it's the same month as Margaret Flanagan, just a year apart.
   Fran's and my friendship goes back to Rice Memorial, Trinity and D.C. - that's more than 50 years.
