Born on May 11, 1930 in Philadelphia, PA to Felix and Elvira Naimoli. She married the love of her life, Victor Benick, on September 28, 1957, and together they shared 57 beautiful years.
More than anything, Gemma was known for her kindness and love towards others. She spent her days reading, spending time with family and friends, and taking the occasional trip to the casino. Her home was always filled with warmth and love, and she had a unique ability to make anyone feel welcome. She consistently made a lasting impression on any person she met.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia and Stephen; and her grandson Ronald Sowal. She was preceded in death by her parents Elvira and Felix, and brothers George, Leo, Louis and sisters Anne and Ida.
A celebration of Gemma’s life will be held on Friday, October 16 at 11:00 at Babione Funeral Home, Boca Raton.
