Mr. Hill passed peacefully Thursday October 23, while residing at “Symphony at Delray”. He is survived by his wife Jane, son Christopher, His four grandchildren Chloe, Dustin, Gabriel and Mikaela; his daughter-in-law, Rosa and former daughter-in-law Kelly, Mr. Hill was a councilor and coach at Boca Raton Community High School and a councilor and associate Dean of Education at FAU where he had enjoyed helping and having a positive impact on all. He was the person you could always count on and had a wonderful personality and sense of humor and will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Luzetta "Momma Lue" Hill; his brother Charles Hill of Jacksonville, AL. and his youngest son Shannon Hill of Boca Raton, FL.

Memorial service for George (Wayne) Hill, 86, will be Saturday, November 1st, 2025, at 11 AM followed by a repast.
