HERBERT, GREGORY J., 57, of Boca Raton, FL passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 8, 2012. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 30, 1954, the son of the late George Bernard Herbert. He is survived by his loving family; wife of 26 years, Kathleen; sons George A. and Hunter; mother Elaine Rudnick Herbert of Jacksonville, FL; brother George D. and sister-in-law Sallie of Longwood, FL; sister Janice Micek of Charlotte, NC; sister Marian Kelley and brother-in-law Gregory of Marietta, GA; sister Gloria Herbert of Jacksonville, FL; sister Loretta Herbert of Jacksonville, FL; brother Frank Herbert of Jacksonville, FL; sister Christine “Cate” Newman and brother-in-law Barrett of Washington DC.
The visitation will be held at Babione Funeral Home, 1100 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432 on Thursday, March 15 from 4-8 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL on Friday, March 16 at 10 am, followed by entombment at Boca Raton Mausoleum.
