He was born in Providence, RI on August 1, 1923. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in the Bronx, NY. He was a proud WWII Veteran serving as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force as a radar chief stationed in Guam.
On April 30, 1950, John married his lifelong sweetheart Constance (nee Bruno) at Mount Carmel Saint Anthony Church in the Bronx. John was a longtime employee of Western Electric. John later retired with Connie to Boca Raton, Florida.
John is survived by his son Joseph (Maria), his grandsons, Joseph Nicholas and Robert John, his daughter-in-law Ginger, and countless family and friends. He is predeceased by his wife Constance and his son John.
A gathering will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, 12:30pm at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, Florida 33449. All are welcome to attend and celebrate John’s long and wonderful life.
