John V. Pesavento, 81, of Delray Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. John was born in Fairfield, CT a son of the late Mario and Lena Pesavento and married to the late Ruth Elizabeth Graves. John was also preceded in death by his brothers Alfred and Gene. John proudly served in the Navy from 1953 to 1956 where he had the honor of serving in the White House and on the Presidential Yacht the USS Williamsburg during his tenure. He retired from a lifelong career as a Tool and Die maker. Surviving John are his five children John and his wife Ruth, Thomas, Eva, Lorriane, Christine and her husband Sam and ten precious grandchildren Nicholas, Marissa, Jessica, Kristen, Katie, Elizabeth, Christiane, Jonathan, Megan, & Alysa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the Funeral Home chapel. Interment to follow at Boca Raton Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, (www.curealz.org).
