John Servetnik, 97, of Boca Raton, Florida, quietly went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2021. John was born in Singac (Little Falls) New Jersey on April 7, 1923. John was predeceased by his parents, Leonty and Eva (Olenich) Servetnik; and sisters, Anna Servetnik Schonhoffer and Justine Servetnik. He leaves behind his son, Mark Servetnik Kassal and his wife Ursula; his nieces, Jean Schonhoffer Humecky and Claire Schonhoffer Clemente; dear friend, Christos Panagos, and devoted Guardian, Lynn Solomon.
A WWII Air Corp Veteran John served in Iwo Jima; worked at the famous 21 Club in NYC; played many bit parts in Hollywood movies and was a member of the Screen Actors Guild. John was a former member of St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church in Singac, New Jersey and St. Herman Eastern Orthodox Church in Lake Worth, FL. John was a happy, charming and unforgettable man who will be dearly missed.
