Dear Mom

Just have had you on my mind.  Missing you so much.  Our family talk often about what a great Mom, Grandmother, Mother in Law you were and how we laugh about the good times we all spent together and only wish we had, had more time. Today marks 4 years since we lost Mom and with each day that pasts I miss her more and more.  I know that Mom (Dad too) is with us all the time and watching over us too especially at special family times and when we just need some extra love or a big hug!  I felt Mom and Dad's presence watching over Joey and Brenna get married last November as Joey was so very close to them growing up and I could of just seen Mom dancing along with all of us at reception too!!!!  I talk to Mom and Dad often just letting them know how much I miss them and knowing that their with Louree, Aunt Betty and other loved ones too on their special days.  Miss you and love you lots!!!  xxoo

I was so very sorry to hear about your dear mom. We moved away from South Florida so I didn’t know until now. 
I will always cherish the memories of living next door and spending so much time at your house. 
I will forever remember the spaghetti sauce and praying I would be asked to stay for supper. I almost always did. I remember driving lunch to your dad when he was delivering mail.
There are so many memories. I apologize for the time that has gone by but I didn’t know. Your mom died on my brother Kim’s birthday. What a coincidence!
There is no one like your mom and I know that loss.
You all are in my prayers and thoughts.
I will miss her as well but am sure she is with your Dad and sister.

It seems like just yesterday when you and I would talk and laugh about the craziest things.....well it has been a year, and a very hard one to be without you!  Our families are doing well, and we know you are watching over us.....but for me, there are moments when I can only reflect on what a Great Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Wife and sister you were.  Steph, Stacey and I got together recently to enjoy the family time we looked so forward to when you were with us.....it was good for each of our hearts to be together! Dear Mom, 
As of yesterday September 18 you left us here to carry on our family's traditions and memories of all the special times that we not only shared with you but with Dad and Louree too.  I miss you so much and think of you daily but I know that you are watching over Vicki, Stacey and I as we live our lives with our families.  Vicki, Stacey and I spent  a week together recently and it was so much fun and we talked about how much fun we had in the car in GA while visiting Vicki & Ron singing Proud Mary and doing our "rolling dance" in the back seat and then dancing with you on their back porch.  You will always be in my heart and we all miss you so much.  Joey and Jimmy are doing well and think of you often too - they miss their "Grandma".  You enjoy your time with Dad and Louree and please continue to watch over us - I LOVE YOU MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Steph

I remember my Mom always being there for me when I was growing up and as an adult as well.  She always felt that her girls grown or not were hers too worry about, help, cherish, love, and when we were sad or upset she was too.  When we were happy and joyous Mom was too!  Once her daughter/granddaughter/grandson Always her Daughter/Granddaughter/Grandson Forever & Rternity♥️♥️♥️

I did not have the honor of knowing Laura for very long. I remember the first time I met her like it was yesterday:

I was nervous about meeting a boyfriend's extended family. I had never done it before, and I assumed grandma would be the hardest to please. However, the moment I met Laura, I could instantly feel the warmth and love exuding from her. It had been 2 days and we were already exchanging "I love you's." That was just the kind of person she was: kind, genuine, and devoted to her loved ones. These qualities have so clearly been passed to others in her family. All of the things that made me fall in love with her grandson--his sense of humor, loyalty, and ability to see the good in others--all of these came from Laura. 

Laura truly lived a full, complete life. I will never forget sitting out on the back porch listening to Tina Turner and watching her get up and dance to "Proud Mary" at 91 years old. She lived with so much joy and made the most of every moment on this earth. Laura must also be one of the luckiest women I've ever met. She was not only loved by her family, but she whooped our asses in poker every time as well. 

We will all miss you, Laura. But we also know that you will continue to live on in our memories. Even in the short years I knew you, you have forever left your imprint on my heart. 

I remember spending almost every summer with you and Grandpa after we moved to NC. Staying up all night playing cards (even when I was only 8), going to the pool, and especially going to the dog track. I loved every one of those moments, even when Grandpa impersonated a stranger to avoid paying the entry fee at the track! I still remember the name he went under, "Alan Zucker."

There are so many more memories I have of you, too many to list here. I look back on all of them fondly, as you always seemed to have an endless supply of smiles, hugs, and love for my brother and I.

And while I will miss you on every birthday and holiday, I will never forget you.

Grandma, 

You were such a wonderful person, I can’t thank you enough for helping me become who I am today. I’m glad you got to see all of your grandchildren grow up and make you proud.
You were always there for us.

 You took care of me as a little kid and I always loved getting to stay with you in the summer and Christmas time. We would make art and read books, and you’d always make me smile. 
I loved how you could light up a room, and make everyone laugh. I’ll miss poker nights with you, and playing you songs I’ve made.
We used to drive around and sing together and I’ll miss how you would dance to all your favorite ones and tickle me till I sang with you. 
I cherish all my time with you. 

I know I’ll still hear you in the wind, and I’ll still see you in dreams. And I know you’ll live forever in my heart.  
I’m so glad we had each other in our lives and I’ll love you forever, I’ll miss you always. 
Wherever you are now, I know you’re happy.

Jim and I are so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother. We are so grateful to have had the privilege of getting to know her and love her. She was kind, loving, a wonderful mother, fantastic grandmother  and an extremely talented crafts person. We have always loved the many items she had crafted for us and our children. Know that they will be cherished in our family for generations to come. 
Rest peacefully in the knowledge that she is joyfully reunited with those that have gone before her and that the memories you all share are of a mother who loved you with everything she had.

She LOVED being with her Girls…laughing, singing, dancing, and yes shopping.   She left us ALL with many wonderful memories.  Many games of poker and we will never forget her most remembered question “What’s Wild”???????????????????
She welcomed me into her wonderful Family from Day 1.   She was the Mother I never had.  Etched in my memory forever will be the day she asked me to call her Mom and…

I loved and cared for Miss Laura for years. She was always such a bright light.  She was always able to make anyone feel better with her sweet smile and gentle touch.  Her heart and kindness will live on in all of our hearts. There are not many people that you come across in your life that are able to affect you with just a look and a simple touch of your hand. I will always have you in my  heart .  My wish is that I too could be as happy in life as Miss Laura was. I call her Miss Laura beacuse she was always young at heart and in spirt. You have touched my life forever and I will miss you always.

54 years I became your first son-in-law.... but ever since that day you always loved me and treated me as if I were your son.  I will never forget how you would make me breakfast when I was a UPS driver in the 70’s.... we were born on the same day, but not the same year(ha ha), but we were Aries all the way....celebrating every birthday together! To my dearest friend and loving Mother # 2 Laura, I am sorry to see you go.  You are in Gods hands now, he will take good care of you.  I have such fond memories of you. Since the age of 13 when I met your daughter Stacey, my best friend!  I came home with her one day, we emptied the dishwasher, we hung the wash on the line and did a few other chores.  That was Stacey chores for the day.  Then you came home. I met you for the first time.  You were the sweetest woman I ever met.  I helped you with dinner and we sat at that big octagon table and had pasta for dinner! I had never had such a big family meal like that before until that night!  You made me feel so welcomed!   Thank you!   Then there was a day you gave me a pair of orange plat form shoes! I got so excited, and wore them for days to school!  I can remember sleeping over and you getting upset with me and Stacey for being on the phone, yet I couldn't figure out how you knew we were on the phone.  Da the phone cord was so long....we could have walked to the park and back! LOL! I never knew all of this being a single child and you being a mother of 4 girls! My mother only had me! So I new none of those games! So you caught me at all of them each time!  You Were The Best! The Best Mother Ever!  I Am Going To Miss You Dearly, Love You So Much, Debbie

We have been so blessed to be able to call you family!! Such a precious precious woman with the best smile and a huge warm heart!!! Especially grateful to have bought in the new year making special memories!!! You will always be loved!!!

Kerry, Taylor and I all have very heavy hearts over the passing of our Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.  She was such a sweet person with a very big heart.  Although we have not seen her in recent years, we have many fond memories of Grandma visiting us in Texas, as well as seeing her in Florida many years back.  We all looked so forward to talking with her on the phone during the holidays, as well as on other occasions.  Her laughter and gentle heart warmed each of us.  Some of my most fond memories were playing cards (nickle-nickle) with her and Aunt Betty (Bettin Betty).  Grandma was as competitive as they come.  We had a lot of fun and many laughs.  We recently listened to a few saved voice mails we had saved from her to hear her voice.  They brought a smile to our face as always.  She will be sorely missed and never forgotten.  She was a wonderful Grandmother and Great-Grandmother and we know she will be fine on the other side with Grandpa, Louree, Aunt Betty, Uncle Bob and many others.  I believe she will always bring a smile to our faces whenever we think about her, as she will never leave our memories or hearts.  We will miss you Grandma and we will always love you!! RIP my sweet Grandma. 

Laura was the most remarkable person we have known. Her sense of humor and her kindness to all of us who were lucky enough to know her will never be forgotten. While our  hearts are broken that she is gone, Laura was a incredible example of how to live a full life filled with family and love.  Laura left a legacy of  wonderful daughters who carry on her example of caring about and valuing the family and friends in their lives.  We are blessed to have known and loved Laura. We will miss you and will always think of ourselves as your  "adopted" kids.  We know you will win every game of Nickel, Nickel in heaven.

Dear Mom,

There are so many wonderful loving truly heartwarming memories you and I shared.  Your kindness, laughter, encouragement, support and over all LOVE for our Family was undeniable! What a blessing it was to be a part of Laura's life for the past 40 years.  I always felt like another daughter and very honored to have had Laura and the entire Zduniak family in my life.  I was also very fortunate to enjoy many lunches, dinners and family chats with one incredible Lady.  She will certainly be missed but never forgotten.  Laura made an impact on every person's life she touched.  Her daughters are a true testament to that.  She loved her family and her inspiration will live on.  My heart goes out to the family with the passing of Mrs. Laura Zduniak.  I had the privilege of meeting Laura and Victor in early 2000 and ever since, I’ve felt a special connection to the family. Steph would always speak about her parents, her siblings and her trips to FL...immeasurable love in action.  I will continue to pray for strength and comfort as the family goes through this very difficult time. 

Dear Mom,  you were the greatest Mom that a daughter could ever have asked for.  I cherish all the years that we had together and will remember all the wonderful times we had as a family.  As a young girl, as a young lady and as a woman!  You were always there for me and our family and you played a very special part in the lives of Joey and Jimmy taking care of them as babies along with Dad for several years.  You always supported me and were there when I just needed someone to talk to about things going on in my life. Laura Zduniak was my Aunt and she was the best Aunt anyone could wish for.  We were very close and she will be missed so much.
Her positive attitude and laughter was something I will never forget.  She was truly an angel on earth !  I so enjoyed having dinners with her and playing nickle-nickle. (Her favorite card game.)
I want you to know you will never be forgotten.  RIP Sweet Aunt Laura.
