

Born on January 8, 1942, in New York City, New York, Marge was the beloved daughter of Lucille and Peter Taranto. As a young girl, she relocated with her parents to North Miami, Florida, where she built a life filled with family, friendship, and devotion to those she loved.
Marge was a woman of strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family. She was known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and watching future generations grow.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Alfred Capodieci; her parents, Lucille and Peter Taranto; and her beloved sister, Diane Taranto.
Marge leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure her memory, including her sons, Thomas Capodieci, Jr. and Peter Capodieci; her grandson, Peter Capodieci, Jr.; and her great-grandson, Lincoln Capodieci.
She is also survived by her loving sister, Joyce Taranto Schwartz, brother-in-law, Alan Schwartz; her loving niece, Jennifer Schwartz Spurr; nephew, Sean Spurr; her treasured great-niece, Brooklyn Frances Spurr, who she adored beyond words; and many beloved cousins.
Marge’s legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the countless memories she created with those around her. Though she will be greatly missed, her warmth, compassion, and enduring love will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Boca Raton Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Marge’s life, share memories, and honor her legacy.
