On August 25th 2025 Millie passed away peacefully in Boca Raton FL. She was married to her one and only true love Joseph Noviello (Deceased in 2011) for 63 years. Millie is survived by her loving son, Mark & Daughter In Law Sheri, (who she thought of as a daughter) her Granddaughter Jessica and her Great Grandson Maverick. Millie was the youngest of 6 children born to her parents William & Vincenza Ruggero. She is now at peace with her husband Joseph and her siblings, Helen, John, Ralph, Gloria & William. She was a loving Sister in law to all of her siblings and husbands spouses. She is also, survived by generations of Nieces and Nephews.
In her role as a mother, Mildred poured her heart into raising Mark, instilling in him the values of kindness, hard work, and the importance of family. She took great pride in watching him grow and thrive, and she cherished the moments they shared. They have an unbreakable bond that became even more cemented since her husbands passing. As a grandmother, her heart expanded even further; she adored Jessica and took immense joy in being a part of her life. Her great-grandson Maverick brought her boundless happiness, and she was so grateful that she got to meet and hold him.
Millie cherished family gatherings, where she shared her amazing cooking and hosting expertise. Holidays were particularly special, as she created traditions that her family will carry on in her honor. She loved to celebrate her family and friends milestones and never missed an opportunity to support them in their endeavors.
As a volunteer at the Mae Volen Senior Center for the past 12 years, Millie found purpose in connecting with others, offering companionship, and sharing her wisdom. Her selflessness and dedication to serving her community were evident in the countless hours she spent making a difference in the lives of others. She believed in the power of kindness, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Millie's love extended beyond her immediate family, as she embraced new friendships and cherished the bonds she formed within her community. She had a gentle way of making everyone feel valued and appreciated, and her smile was contagious.
Millie's life was a testament to the power of love, generosity, and resilience. As we celebrate her remarkable journey, may we all strive to embody her spirit and carry her legacy forward, honoring the beautiful impact she had on our lives.
