To the Wonderful Giorgianni Family, 

Jennifer Whalen messaged me really unexpectedly to let me know that Philip had passed away, and I am so very sorry for your loss.  I will always remenber Philip as a smart, funny, and endearing person who could light up a room with his wonderful smile and gregarious nature.  I will honor him always and keep the beautiful memories that I have of us growing up, from being in the spelling bee at P.S. 26 (I can probably still outspell everyone, thanks for helping me Jimmy lol), to our elementary school sleepovers and parties, playing investigators at school, our sweet sixteen party, and attending Moore together. I love you, and all of my classmates, and if anyone needs to talk or get in touch with me, call me at (917) 699-4176 if you need a friend.

Phil, when I heard about you passing I cried. I cried for me, I cried for you, i cried for your family and the world. A world that lost a beautiful soul too soon.  Your baby blues, your sweet smile, kind heart, and INFAMOUS laugh will live in the ones who knew and loved you forever.  Cheers till

My deepest condolences on the passing of Phil. He was one of my roommates in DC (on W St) and was always a pleasure to be around. He radiated kindness and his smile was contagious. I always appreciated moments where we could share a laugh and check in on each other. I know he will be sorely missed and I will carry his memory with me always. 

I'm beyond heartbroken to hear that Phil is gone. He was one of the funniest and most clever friends I've ever had. Our little friend group at Moore, through college, and beyond was made that much brighter by his lightning-fast wit and also by his kindness. I know our old crew: Tina, Andrew, and Jeanne will always remember him this way too... 
This is how I want to remember Phil: At Moore making fun of teachers, our Vegas trip and laughing fits there, our South Beach trip, and most epic: our Wildwood adventure. I love you Phil, we all did, and still do. As Tina says, friends forever x

Your laughter and your humor are unmatched. Your ability to create humor from anything was unmatched. We shared alot of memories and experiences  growing up in college. We will miss you with all our hearts, and our prayers go out to your family. Love your college roomates, James, Jeff, and Sean

I'm so glad you chose to walk a season of life with me, Phil. I mean, sure, we were forced for a bit by our shared employment (hah!), but our friendship outgrew and outlasted being mere co-workers. 

Here's to your ardent love of biographies and non-fiction (I will never forgive you). Here's to our coffee walks and long dinner conversations fixing the world. Here's to that last linger outside Farragut North and that joke you told. You know the one. 

I'm sad you couldn't stay longer. I've missed your sarcastic wit, your warm heart, and your firework laughter. Be at rest.

I worked with Phil in DC when we were both starting our careers. He was a complete joy and always had a joke paired with infectious laughter to follow. Big love to you, friend, I’ll always remember your laughter.

Deany I have known you since we were 13 even though we haven't been in touch I always ask Jackie about you my heart ❤️ is so broken for you and Phil know that you are in my prayers and my thoughts know I am here for you

Phil and I worked together in DC when I first moved to the region.  I have the most fond memories of Phil befriending me and being so exceptionally kind, informative, and wonderful. I adored Phil and he could brighten my day in an instant. His memory will live in my heart forever. I love you, Phil - Rest in peace dear friend. 

I went to grad school with Phil, and I can honestly say there were days when he was the best part of going to class. He always had a joke, a smile, or a funny story.  We'd drifted apart over the last few years, but I thought of him often. Sending a lot of love to his whole family.

I’m devastated to learn Phil is no longer with us. We spent years working together in DC and became close friends. Unfortunately, we lost touch a few years ago but he’s remained in my thoughts. I don’t know if anyone ever made me laugh harder than he did. I’ll always remember Phil smiling and surrounded by friends who loved him dearly. Phil, you are loved and missed.

I am so very heartbroken. I met Phil in 2004 when he came to DC and we worked together at MBA. We’ve remained friends and I am devastated for his family and all who loved him. He made me laugh like no other! I have so many great memories. He was one of the funniest, kindest and most endearing people out there. I love you Phil and will miss you so much.

Phil, I am so sad to learn you have left us. I know the last few years were hard and I only wish you were still here, and happy and healthy. I will always remember our early days in DC at Nellie's, laughing my face off to one of your many hilarious stories. That is the Phil I will always remember. Rest in peace. Xoxo Liska

It’s been a long time since I last spoke to Phillip but as far back as I could remember he was always a great guy, full of life and smiling.   My condolences to his family.  May he Rest In Peace.  

I am so saddened to hear of the loss of dear Phil. I am shocked and in tears. Phil was a very special friend to Jeanne, Laura and myself and I wish we could have stayed closer in touch with him as we grew but he unfortunately pulled away from us 😢

 Our interview video when your sock was hanging off your foot as you bobbed  your leg up and down asking me these serious fake questions. 
We must have watched that one  over 100 times laughing over and over again. 
You are one of the only people that could make me laugh the way you did. 
You are and will always me my cousin and best friend.
 You made some of the best memories in my life. My bachelorette party in lil egg harbor. Our conversations all night. Waking up the next morning asking eachother  did we really have that conversation last night? Lol. 
There is just too many things I could go on forever.  
Thank you for being in my life to always make me laugh no matter what was happening. 
Our connection could never be duplicated. 
Why you had to leave us and go home so soon will always wonder my mind. 
Why someone who made so many people happy and always filled with love kindness sweetness never a bad thing to say about anyone had to be taken from us. 
How proud  you made our whole family with all your accomplishments. 
I will not say goodbye to you. You will always live in my heart.

My heart is aching for my best friend for 60 years Deany her husband  Phil and son Kevin on the loss of  Phillip  their oldest son. I pray God’ gives them the strength to  find some peace by holding on to their memories of Phillip .
