Robert was born June 17, 1939 in Binghamton, NY to parents Helene Beylo and John Robert Rosic. Graduated high school from Binghamton Central High School. He joined the Air Force when he was 18 years old and was stationed in Saudi Arabia and eventually honorably discharged. Robert relocated to Boca Raton Florida in 1968 where he took a job at IBM. He loved to travel, was a very talented, professional photographer that has made many families very happy with his photographs. He was a technical manual writer for 25 years at IBM in Boca Raton, until he retired. He loved world travel, theater, music, singing, dancing, movies, was a connoisseur of great food and was very humorous and charming.
He was a very loving son, brother, father, grandfather (DiDi), uncle and cousin. Always wanting to help others in need and lend a hand, money or advice. Robert took care of his mother Helene Beylo Rosic in his home until her death in 2012 at the age of 97. He would even go to St. Herman's Orthodox Church for years with his mother, to help make pierogies, even though he had converted to Roman Catholic years prior.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Danielle' Renee' Rosic and his three teenage Grandsons, Zoren, Zennen and Zayden Ziatek of Pleasanton CA. His sister Jean Downs of Binghamton NY niece Stacey Downs of Boynton Beach FL, nephew Jeff Downs Binghamton NY. His Aunt Ann Morgan & Jim Cronin and cousins Tony & Jerry Morgan of Boynton Beach FL. Aunts Aggie Lynn Naples FL and Aunt Olga Lesso Arizona. And his daughter's mother(his ex-wife for 49 yrs) Alice Ann Hardman Vincent, she helped care for and emotionally support him until his last day.
A memorial service for Robert will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Babione - Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1100 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432. A visitation will occur Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 1100 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432. A reception to follow after visitation.
Then cremation will occur.
