Robyn Morigerato

Robyn Morigerato passed away on March 29, 2024, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Paul, and her children, Evan, and Lindsay; brothers Brian and Paul Schiffino and his wife Gail; sister, Carol Schiffino; sister and brother in-law, Sue, and Don Schedler; and many nieces and nephews.

Robyn was a religious educator for over 17 years at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Boca Raton, Florida, helping children prepare for their first holy communion. Robyn also spent many volunteer hours as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Coastal Stewards (formerly known as Friends of Gumbo Limbo before expanding their services), a nonprofit organization providing funding and staffing, including veterinary services, for marine conservation and education; and as a volunteer at the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, participating in their first sea turtle research and rehabilitation programs.

Robyn also volunteered as a docent at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens; and with Personal Ponies, Ltd., bringing therapy ponies to nursing homes, hospitals, and community events. Before her volunteer work and beginning a family, Robyn had a career with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company at their corporate headquarters in Manhattan.

Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable contributions be made to The Coastal Stewards, 5112 N. Ocean Blvd., Ocean Ridge, FL 33435...
