"The Tree: Then there was the spring we planted the tree and we were happy. In the winter the tree died and we felt sad. The winter passed and we remembered the tree. The memory of the warm sun on our backs as we covered the roots with soft earth. Memories of sweet pine needles. The laughter and expectations. It was then we realized the tree had not died. The tree would always live with us as a joyous moment in our lives. A moment when we were as one." - Stuart Alterman
He is survived by his daughter Ava (Marc) Blouin and his longtime caregiver and friend Marie Pierre. His life will be celebrated on August 15th at 9:30 am at St. Jude Catholic Church, 21689 Toledo Road, Boca Raton FL 33433 Arrangements entrusted to Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Boca Raton FL.
