Ada L Williamson

Mrs. Williamson was born January 1, 1931 in Brunswick County and was daughter of the late E. M. Hickman and Flora Ward Hickman. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Leland and loved collecting dolls and enjoyed fishing. She also enjoyed cooking, baking and canning. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly.

She is survived by three sons, James “Jimmy” Rich and wife Rita of Winnabow, Patrick E. Rich and wife Hilda Faye of Burgaw, Elmer Ray Rich and wife Peggy of Winnabow; grandchildren, Jimmie Rich (Lora Howell), Tami Moose (Bobby); great-grandchildren, Danielle Taylor (Christian), Travis Pittman (Bailey), Isaac Moose; great-great-grandchild, Bennett Pittman; her faithful canine companion, Roscoe.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023 at three o’clock in the afternoon at White Funeral Service, 603 Ocean Highway East, Bolivia, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
