Alden Carl Downs, age 67, of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021. Alden was born December 6, 1953 to the late Cornelius H. and Lois M. Downs. He worked as a brick mason until retirement. Alden's favorite past time was fishing at the Sunset Beach Pier. He was a kind gentleman that loved all kinds of animals and enjoyed spending time with friends. He leaves behind four siblings; his girlfriend, Judy "His Angel" Pethtel and many loyal friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
