Betty Wanda Nelson, age 79 of Ash, went to her heavenly home on December 5, 2020. She was a member of Emanuel Outreach Church. Betty enjoyed gardening, working in her flower beds and taking care of her yard. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandma. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Betty was survived by her loving husband of forty years, David Nelson; daughters, Lisa Mills of Ash, Tanya Bellamy (Jason) of Calabash, Joy Blum (Jon) of Calabash; sisters, Ada Mae Ganus of Ash, Linda Allen of Conway; grandchildren, Natasha Babson, Kristina and Ashley Brady, Noah and Jesse Bellamy, Kylee and Brayden Blum.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from eleven to one o’clock at Whites Funeral and Cremation Service, Bolivia Chapel. Following the visitation, everyone will go in procession to Smith family cemetery in Ash for a graveside service with Pastor Donnie Jones officiating.
