Christopher Cleveland Russ Jr. of Ash, North Carolina passed on September 12, 2026, at the age of 45. Christopher was born on June 23, 1981 in Columbus County and was the son of Christopher Cleveland "CC" Russ Sr. and Connie Little Russ. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Chris was a member of Camp Branch Baptist Church. He enjoyed offshore fishing. Mr. Russ was Project Manager for Mechanical Contracting.
He is survived by his mother, Connie Little Russ of Ash; a brother, Melvin Russ (Stacey) of Ash; two sisters, Renee Phillips (Brent) of Ash and Melissa Wilkes (Ronald) of Vidalia, Georgia.
The family will receive friends Monday September 14, 2026 from 6-8 pm at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Bolivia Chapel.
Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 1pm at Camp Branch Baptist Church, Ash with Reverend Tommy Batten and Reverend Israel Formyduval officiating.
