There is so much I could say about my sister but there wouldn't be enough space to write all the memories of her.She was soft spoken she was a good listener. And the kind of mother you dream of having.,hard working and didn't complain.I was able to let her know just how much I loved her n how proud I was of her n how she had set a high standard for us all ,because she knew her time was near but she still wanted to hear about everyone, she put everyone before herself. And the love she had for her son n daughter n the dedication she had for them could not be matched, she seemed to worry about everyone other than her self I find myself wanting to pick up the phone n call her,n it hits me.Growing up togather ,she kept me from getting hurt a lot She was one of a kind ,God broke the mold when he created her.She gave you Junior n Annette what we didn't have ,That family unit n and a dedicated mother an unconditional love she was truly committed to being a great mom and she was and a great wife , we will be together again in Heaven .Miss you sissy,my heart is broken.RIP

My Fondest Memory of Aunt Vernell is when, mama (Betty Price) drove us down for a visit when, ya'll lived on the intracoastal waterway house. We instantly felt Welcomed and Loved. I was a kid and knew that, she was special. She also made us a spread of food and one of the items was a 7 Layer Salad. She shared the recipe with mama that, day and it has become one of mine and my baby brother Brian's favorites. Mama, still makes it for us till this day when, we ask her to and every time we have it, I think back to that, summer day when, we spent time with Aunt Vernell. You can tell that her sweetness was genuine and I am glad that, we got to visit her in the hospital before, she left this earth to be with our loved ones on the other side. Rest In Peace-I Love You.

Annette/Junior and Family Please let us know if we can do anything today, tomorrow, and beyond for you. -Tammy Beth-

She always made me feel so welcome the times I visited. I know she has made a beautiful angel.I can't make it to her service. My daughter Tangela is having surgery at 8:00AM tomorrow morning. I will be there in my thoughts though. If there is anything I can ever do, I would love to. Praying for God's comfort.Love, Aunt Betty
