Frank Brown

Mr. Brown was born on May 13, 1941, son of the late Marion and Mildred Brown. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was the owner and operator of Franco Industries. Frank was a HAM radio operator and an avid coon hunter who was "Master of Hounds" with the State of North Carolina. Frank was a member of the Exchange Club. He loved music and playing his dobro.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Lib" Brown; two children, Steve Brown and wife Jackie, and Sherry McAllister; seven grandchildren, Matthew Brown and wife Sarah, Bobby McAllister, Chris McAllister and wife Melissa, Mike McAllister and wife Abby, Scottie Brown and wife Rebecca, Randy McAllister and wife Jamie, and Bradley McAllister; and ten great-grandchildren, Weston Brown, Kendall Brown, Braden McAllister, Katie McAllister, Maddie McAllister, Mikey McAllister, Abigail Brown, Alaina Thompson, Mia McAllister, and Noah McAllister.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Milton Brown and Preston Brown.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Oak Grove Baptist Church. A reception with music and food will follow the service in the fellowship hall.
