Joseph Mack Ward, 88, of Shallotte, passed away on Monday December 8, 2014. Joseph was the son of the late Emery Ward and Georgia Todd Ward. Also preceded by sons Billy Wayne Ward, Winfred Jay Ward and daughter Gwen Caulder. He is survived by his loving wife Victoria Ward; daughter Betty Malloy; four sisters, ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was a commercial fisherman for many years and a member of the American Legion. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 10, 2014 6-8pm at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service, 603 Ocean Highway, Supply. Funeral Service Thursday, 1pm at the funeral home.
