It’s taken me this long to even think of something to say. What can I say? I’m still at a lost for words. It’s almost like a piece of my heart is now missing. Despite everything, he was and still is my daddy. I have so many memories of just me and him going to amusement parks, NASCAR races, mud bogs, nature walks, wrestling tournaments...the list goes on and on. So many memories that will forever be in my heart, to cherish and love til my last breath and beyond. This is not goodbye, just see ya on the other side of the stars!

To Josh’s family members, I send my deepest condolences and prayers. Josh was such a wonderful friend. There are so many memories I have from high school that included Josh. From fun times where he cracked me up to difficult times where he was always there to lift me up and support me. He was the most sincerest guy I knew in school. His passing is definitely leaving a hole in my heart. I wish the best for you as you heal from this loss. God bless.

Dear Chadwick Family, I am very sorry and saddened to hear about your loss of Josh. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten. He was always a very loyal friend. I will never forget the many wrestling practices and meets in high school, sweating to make weight and pushing ourselves to be the best wrestlers we could be. Those days seemed long at the time but it flew by. I remember the sadness we felt during our last high school match. Josh always believed in others, sometimes more than they believed in themselves. He was the reason I joined the NBHS team in '91. He wouldn't let me say no when he asked me to give wrestling a try. After I joined, I never looked back. I wouldn't change any of those days. He was always there when you needed him.

Josh, aka Lumpy - good bye for now old friend. Until we meet again...

To the Chadwick family and Josh’s beautiful girls, my heart goes out to you. I pray you find peace in what I know is a horrible time. Please know Josh was an amazing man. I could always count on a laugh and an ear to listen. He was always there for me and I hope in return he felt the same way. The last couple of years we started checking back in with each other, he just wanted to make sure I was doing ok after all I’d been through. That’s the type of person he is, thinking of others before himself. I’m sending many prayers to all of you.

I am so sorry to hear that cousin Josh has passed. We haven’t seen each other in many years, but recently connected on FB. Praying for all of you- especially his youngest daughter ❤️ He will be missed dearly.

Being in youth group with Josh was so much fun. We all went to camp one summer and he and some friends ransacked our cabin. I enjoyed Josh’s quirky sense of humor. Josh was always so kind and had an old soul. My heart aches for his loved ones. God bless your soul, Josh. Your work on earth is done. See ya on the other side.
