Mrs. Watson was born in Lumberton, N.C. on August 28, 1941 and was daughter of the late Jasper and Gertrude Britt Wilkens. She was a training instructor with Smithfield Foods of Tarheel, N.C. Mrs. Watson was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Watson; a son John Allen Faircloth of Ocean Isle Beach; stepchildren, Robert Watson of Tarheel and Danny Watson of Supply; two grandchildren, Crystal Faircloth and Stephanie Faircloth; two sisters, Annie Raht and Fannie Bare, both of Love Park, IL.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at two o’clock in the afternoon at Bible Baptist Church 2428 Seashore Rd. Supply with Pastor Chris Swiatocho officiating. An interment service will follow in the Silent Grove Cemetery.
Friends are cordially invited to a time of visitation with the family one hour prior to the service at Bible Baptist Church.
