Mr. Henry was born on September 3, 1937 in Shoals, IN to Charles Clifford and Pearl (Waggoner) Henry. He was an Army veteran. Following discharge, he worked for 60 years as a heavy equipment operator and as owner/operator of Henry Construction Company.
Mr. Henry is survived by his sons, Kenneth Henry, Jr. (Shannon) of Corydon, IN and Charles Henry of Winnabow, NC and the mother of his sons, Tondelaya Henry (Willis), of Southport. He is survived by his daughter Diane McAlpin (Brian) of Cookeville, TN. He leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother Clifford Henry.
He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
Mr. Henry will be buried with his parents in Shoals, IN.
