Mark was born on the twenty first of November, 1973 in Chicago, IL to the late Lionel Harris Kelly and his mother, Alma Sue Helms McBride of Supply, NC. He was an assistant manager with the Dollar General stores.
Survivors in addition to his mother are his children, Mark Kelly, Jr., Colton Kelly, their mother, Lynn Rachel Hughes; Athena Reign Kelly, Mykayla Jade Kelly, Czara Genesis Kelly; sisters, Wendy Star, Anita Kelly; brothers, Joseph Ricky Kelly, Jason Kelly and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
