Jule Bryan Hackney, 82, formerly of Moncure, NC, died peacefully in the Shallotte home of her daughter and son-in-law on Sunday, April 24, 2011. She was employed with Federal Spinning Corporation in Sanford, NC from 1959 until 1984.
Ms. Hackney is survived by he daughter, Mary Margaret Saffos and husband Dean, one sister, Pat Lyles Drury and husband Walt of Sanford, and two nephews, Charlie T. Lyles and wife Tina of Atwatter, CA, and John W. Lyles and wife Tana of Warrenton, NC.
