Russell William Welles, 65, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Welles; children, Michael Welles of Chicago, Christopher Welles of Salem, CT, and Amie Hewitt of Canton, GA; 3 step daughters, Cindy Blais of Newington, CT, Denise Rosenberg of Rocky Hill, CT, and Donna Rymarzick of Shallotte, NC; brother, Martin Welles of Granby, CT, and 13 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 12:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Highest Praise Worship Center with Pastor Sherwood Lancaster officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Highest Praise Worship Center, 19 Red Bug Road SW, Shallotte, NC 28470.
