She was born in Pender County, NC on November 20, 1946, the daughter of the late Joseph E. Justice and
Eliza Viola Jones Justice and was preceded in death by her husband, David Wells and four siblings.
Sandra is survived by two sisters, Frances (George) Malpass and Cynthia Justice and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a longtime member of Federal Point Pentecostal Church. She worked at New Hanover Regional Medical Center for many years. She loved to play bingo, color and talk on the phone.
Sandra was a giving person with a spirited attitude and an inquisitive nature. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
Graveside services will be held at one o'clock in the afternoon on Friday May 27, 2022 in Forest Lawn Cemetery Bolivia by the Pastor Charles Drew Officiating.
