Shirley Elkins Kelly, 87, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2021. Shirley was the last of her generation in the Kelly and Elkins families. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Carl David Kelly (1930-2012). Shirley Kelly was the daughter of the late Roy K. and Bess Elkins, of Bristol, VA. She was preceded in death by her loving brother, Robert (Bobby) Elkins of Kentucky, and sister, Dorothy Strouth, of Ohio. Additionally, she made doilies, dish cloths, and tribbles (dish scrubbies), and also shared those among many loved ones as well.

Hey cousins of Dayton, Ohio and then NC...memories of our visit when we were all kids and even that is cloudy! Many Sunday drives to meet for lunch at that park in NC. We did that quiet a few times. And then the big family reunion of Sharretts and Kelly's was the best when your dad Carl and Aunt Shirley...my Dad and Mom were all there 2009 I think.

Best thoughts to you all at this time, Cousin Mike
