I am so sad to hear of Bubba's passing. We worked together for many years on BHI. He always had a way of making you smile in spite of whatever craziness was going on. His smile could light up a room. He will certainly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. May God bless each of you.

I'll never forget little bitty Bubba trying to keep up with us bigger kids on his bicycle. He had a little white Evel Kinevel bike. He was so proud of it. We would concoct these ramshackle ramps to jump. His first time, he came down on his front wheel and flipped his bike. He got up, checked his bike out and tried again. He was fearless even then.

I will never forget the night the heat went out in the River Pilot and David Hyde Pierce (From the TV series Frasier) was eating there. Bubba came in and I took him to introduce him to Mr. Pierce and tell him this was who was going to get the heat back on for us. His reaction was "There are really people in the South named Bubba!" Mr. Pierce then said it was very nice to meet him. Bubba smiled from ear to ear!! The kindness he showed to people will forever be in my heart! RIP my sweet friend! Galloway family, may God wrap his loving arms around you at this time. Love you!
