Aaron Horacio Sigala passed away on November 19, 2015, at the young age of 46, at Sharp Hospital in Chula Vista, California. His loving parents never left his side and were with him during the final moments of his life.
Aaron Horacio Sigala was born July 23, 1969 in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. His proud parents were Aaron Sigala and Bertha Alicia Sigala. Aaron grew up in El Paso, Texas, along with his brothers Roberto, Ricardo, Emanuel, and Eric. At a very young age as the eldest brother, it was Aaron that often took the role of father figure for his brothers and also provided a loving shoulder for our mother to lean on.
After graduating from college at the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) at age 22, Aaron moved to San Diego, California, where he lived the rest of his life. Aaron worked in a variety of business related jobs starting with the family business Washington Dental Clinic, and later for companies such as Interdent Dental, Reef, Gordon Rush, and the Pinnacle Group.
With his friendly and social personality, Aaron always seemed to have a collection of quality friends with whom he shared his passion for food, music, and traveling. Some of his best friends were Dill Forde, Rito Garcia, Chris DePaola, Gustavo Velazquez, Lori Austin Ray, Ruben Vega, Leon Ramos, and his pet dog Ruddy. All friends of his for over a decade. Best friends within his family were his cousins Angelica Rivas and Claudia Rivas.
To those that knew him best, he will be remembered as a jokester who would keep you on your toes, not knowing what to expect next. He will also be remembered as a kind and caring person who would always seek to learn what his family and friends enjoyed, and then go out of his way to make sure their needs were met.
At the time of his passing Aaron was uncle to Joshua Ulyses Sigala, age nine, and Roberto Omar Sigala, age one. Aaron leaves behind a loving family and lifelong friends. His smile will forever leave a loving image in our hearts.
John 3:16
