He loved airplanes and worked most of his life as a mechanical engineer at multiple international airports, aerospace engineer, and retired with Boeing- where he completed the first Boeing 787.
He was also a faithful member of Iglesia Ni Cristo – Church of Christ, as one of the pioneering members in San Diego. And held duties as a Choir Leader, Deacon and Chapel Chairman in the Local of National City.
If you asked a hundred people who Adolfo ‘Rudy’ was, they’d all say he was a tough man. They knew he was strong and dominant- someone that stood his ground and worked hard for what he wanted. He was tough on his kids; he was tough on those he cared for. But that’s because he wanted us to be strong and resilient just like him. He wanted us to live a life through continuous efforts and struggles. But to also enjoy the finer things in life by singing, dancing, smiling, laughing, and loving. He was a loving husband and father in his own unique way. Rudy has accomplished many things in life and will always be an inspiration to those that looked up to him. Adolfo has fought the good fight and he finished his race. He will be deeply missed. Rest easy, Rudy, Al, Kuya, Uncle, Grandpa, Dad. Until we meet again.
