Agripina Marcellana Baliwag was born on June 23, 1934. She grew up in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines. She was the daughter of Benedicto and Julia Marcellana and was the youngest of 3 siblings. She graduated from the University of the East in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secretariat. She also proudly worked for the San Diego County Library Headquarters for almost 20 years.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and strength. She is survived by her daughter Louella Baliwag Llaneta (Allen), son Kevin Scott Baliwag, and granddaughters Lea Baliwag Llaneta and Alexa Baliwag Llaneta. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Luis Baliwag, her parents Benedicto and Julia Marcellana, brother Venancio Marcellana and sister Maura Marcellana Castro. Our loving mother and grandmother will be sorely missed.
