Albino graduated from St. Joseph High School, Class of 1965, and remained part of a close-knit community of fellow graduates—connections he valued and maintained with enduring loyalty.
In May 1974, Albino joined the United States Navy, serving until 1994. Across two decades of military service, he was known for the kind of reliable, hard-working dedication that earns trust and respect, meeting each season of duty with resolve and bravery.
On December 30, 1977, Albino entered into a civil marriage with Leticia Caguioa, and on June 10, 1978, they were married through the church in the Philippines. Together, they shared one child, April Abarrondo, born April 9, 1983. Albino’s loyalty to his family was a defining constant—expressed not in grand declarations, but in steady presence, practical care, and unwavering commitment.
A natural handyman, Albino took pride in working with his hands and in tending to the things entrusted to him. He found particular joy in gardening, especially in plumerias, roses, and air plants.
