

Alejandro was a proud Navy veteran who served 20 years. After retirement from the Navy, he worked another 20 years with the US Postal Service.
Alejandro loved to cook and his dishes really showed that. It brought him joy. He was a big sports fan and enjoyed watching baseball, football and basketball. But his real love was fishing. From fishing on the pier to taking trips to Baja with his friend to go deep sea fishing.
Alejandro is survived by his 2 older sisters- Socorro Marquez and Josefina Padon. Daughter- Aimee Aguon and her husband Junior Aguon. Grandchildren- Leianani Aguon, Kaleo Aguon and Kainoa Aguon. Wife- Rosita Sungahid
A visitation will be held on February 5, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Glen Abbey Mortuary, The Magnolia Room, located at 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
The funeral service is scheduled for February 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 2643 Homedale St, San Diego, CA 92139.
Following the funeral, a committal service will take place at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
A reception will be held from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, The Orchid Pavilion, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
