Tata, one of my greatest memories I have of you is you bringing us KFC every Friday after your work shift. Another memory I have is when you would park at the SD airport to watch the airplanes land. You would sit me down on top of the hood and I would be so amused and excited, it was like the best thing in the world. Our trips to the Wild Animal Park were so awesome, especially the day when we got to ride on the elephant, I thought that was so cool and actually it’s still pretty cool I got to experience that as a kid. Driving in your light blue car in the 80’s and when coming to a stop you would say wooo blue until you came to a stop. My all time favorite memory will forever be is about two weeks before your passing I was getting ready to go home and I gave you your goodbye kiss and I said, okay, Tata ya me voy pa mi casa, I love You! And you responded with an I love you, too mija. It felt so wonderful because you were one not to show much affection and very rarely said I Love You. I will forever carry that moment in my life. I Love You very much Tata, till we see each other again in heaven!!!!

My dear Tata, 
     One of my favorite memories with you was when I was a young kid and I went to ask you for help with my math homework and I would ask you “what’s 2+5 tata?” And you would say “well it’s 25, it’s easy you just combine the numbers!” And that’s how the rest would go. You were always joking around and I’m glad we got your sense of humor. Getting together wouldn’t have been as fun without you, I’m not ready for you to be gone, but I don’t think we ever will be when it comes to the ones we love, just know I appreciate our talks and the advice you would give me. I love you tata forever and always. 

Tata, I have so many memorable moments with you but the one that’s always going to stick out to me is the day you cut my hair. I remember you telling me for the longest time that you wanted to do it and to let you know when I was going to come visit you ahead of time so you can do it… after my prom is when I decided to let you cut it and you were hesitant because you said you had “cold hands” and thought my hair wouldn't grow back but I told you “It’s okayy Tata just do it, it’ll grow back”. I’ll never forget the silly comments you made while doing it and the little smile on your face waving the cut hair around. Thank you so much Tata I love and miss you so so so much, this isnt a goodbye it’s just a see you later. <3 

My dear Tata my second  father my funny grandpá You left me so many unforgettable memories!Since the day I was born I was so lucky to be your first granddaughter and be so spoiled by you! I lived with you n Nana and slept between both and called you my Papi and Nana Mami! I remember the times I used to go on road trips with you n  Nana everytime you would make a stop in your car on red light you would say "Gooo Bluuu"!and the time you lived in Hemet "Your favorite  City"You n Nana would come visit me and you'd ask me  with a big smile"Estas Bored"? I would laugh and reply, Si Tata estoy bien bored!Then you would say Si esta bien boring Hemet and laugh!Those were the most Beautiful  memories I have with you my Tata I will foever carry you with me in my heart! I’m going to miss you dearly you were the only one who would sit next me and ask me how am I since i always looked mad and I would reply back nothing tata just bored and you’ll  laugh and say me too

Buenos recuerdos de mi papá es cuando nos llevaba a Yuba City a piscar  ciruela i durazno, i mi papá manejaba una chequiadora de árbol. I cuando saliamos del trabajo nos llevaba al río… buenos recuerdos me dejo mi padre.

one of the memories I have of you is when we used to go on vacation every year, and we used to listen to music on our way. The most memorable of all is when you started attending church, and got baptized. I still remember the happiness in your face, and that big smile… that’s when I knew you really gave your heart to Jesus, Until the day he called you to his presence. For I know for sure where you are Dad.

My Tata, I wish I was able to know more about your life and how everything came to be. The memories of sleeping on your floors, eating at your house, and you turning 21 every year will forever course my memory. Thank you for being, what I know to be, the beginning of this beautiful family I get to share my life with. I can’t express how truly Great you were at being my Great Grandpa.

Tata, you will forever live in my heart! There are just so many memories I have of you that I would love to share on here but it’s impossible to share them all! The years I grew up with you were the best years of my life!!! I will never forget when I would call you and you would say Hi! “ who’s calling DR? And I would say yes tata, is this AG? But remember tata, I’m no longer DR I’m now DL ( those were my initials when I was married ) so he would always make fun of me because I didn’t like my initials lol… my grandpa was a silly man full of jokes… but never will I forget  the days and nights I spent with him and nana when we lived in TJ I literally lived with them. I regret pushing his buttons and making him mad cause I would give his hotdogs to his horses lol . Tata I have so many beautiful memories and I wish I could tell everyone! I love you Tata you were the greatest most loving grandfather and you will always be!!! I love you forever in my heart,  Your granddaughter Yaya … may you Rest In Peace! 

I remember when we  practiced for Debbies Quince in his house (garage) he was always out there  making sure we had enough room to practice. He was always so nice . May you Rest In Peace in  our heavenly father’s kingdom . 

Dad you left us so many memories the best stories of Santa Fe where you work for 45 years . Days before you left us I told you dad I’m tired I don’t want to go to work and you told me quit your job and stay here talking to me . Oh dad how I wish I could still do that have our laughs and conversations but I’ll see you and talk to you in my dreams. I love you dad and miss you sooo much .

I’m sure there’s many memories we have that I don’t remember. However, I always remember your way of greeting me was “Hiii mija, Happy birthday” even though it wasn’t my birthday. I remember visiting you and nana and you ALWAYS had your western movies on t.v. I remember you always yawning in front of my mom and then she would say “Ayy Tata you’re making me lazy!!” and we would all laugh. Your laugh was so contagious and silly. We will miss you immensely, Tata.  Thank you for leaving me a grandma with such a silly personality just like yours. I will always be reminded of you through her. Rest in Paradise, Tata Chemo. 

There are many memories that you have left us with, my favorite pass time with you was when you would make fun of everyone at family gatherings, or when you would ask me how much I have saved and would say 5¢? Tata you will truly be missed you left me with 23 years of memories and I will cherish them all. con todo mi amor te dejaré descansar en paz

So many memories but the one that stands out the most was on my wedding day when the pastor said who gives this lady away and tata said…… WHAT YOU SAY that moment right there was priceless it would never get old I will always remember that moment, continue to rest in paradise TaTa.

A dream come true…
        The day you walked me down the isle on my wedding day. An unforgettable memory. I will miss you immensely Tata Chemo!
