Art was my mentor when I was a brand new police officer at Southern Division in 1998.  He knew how to aid and assist officers without being over bearing or demanding. His calm approach to life was inspiring.  He taught me how to be a compassionate investigator and how to help people in a very difficult time in their life.  I still use the skills he taught me every day. Thank you Art. You will always be remembered and forever missed. <3
