Myrtle and Family
    The historian of the family has gone to rest. May God give you peace and comfort--May He keep you and yours in His loving care. God's love and mercy will help to ease the loss you bear and give you strength and wisdom to be accepting to His ways.
     It is our prayer God will continue to lead and guide you gently through all the coming days.
     We are the children of the late Arphelia Tobin Feaster who was Billy's first cousin.

Dear Sis. Myrtle Tobin and children, I have not met you all, but talking through your husband, Billy J. Tobin, my first cousin.  My last conversation with him, he spoke of you and your children.  He wanted me to meet you.  He was planning to bring you to visit me.  Billy talked with me with courage and faith.  He reallized what was before him, and did accept the task he had to go through.  His faith  was never shaken.  I will bless the Lord at all times and His prasises shall be continually in m;y mouth.  Because of my love for him; I would love to hear from you sometimes.

Aunt Myrtle....Uncle Billy will remain in our hearts forever….I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death.  They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make.  His love leaves a permanent imprint in our memories.  You will find comfort knowing that our lives have been enriched by him sharing his love.  I won't be there in person but always in spirit.    On behalf of the U S Navy and USMC Ordnance Community our heartfelt condolences to the Tobin family, Billy was a legend within our ranks. Best described, as an exceptional leader, and a friend to all. The Good Lord now has another Master Chief in his ranks and we all are sure,  Billy was welcomed with open arms. A mighty oak has fallen. Thank God for the life,legacy and great work of Dea. Tobin. He never forgot from whence he came and in turn he will be remembered in the annals of our history. May God sustain you during this hour of challenge. He will see you through.
