Brandon was born in San Diego, California, on February 18, 1991, the son of Harold and Elaine Mendiola. He was born with congenital heart disease, in which he was expected to only live through early twenties.
Brandon was known for his genuine, humorous, and confident nature that brightened every room he was in and filled it with laughter. He was the epitome of living life to the fullest.
Brandon loved music, comedy, and sports, but most of all, his family and friends. He also was proud to be Chamorro and always found a way to represent his culture.
Brandon was a son, brother, father, cousin, uncle, and nephew, but most of all, a child of God. He reminds us that we should thank God for every day of life.
Brandon is lovingly remembered and forever missed by his beloved daughter, Maliyah; his mother, Elaine; his father, Harold; his older brother, Lance, and sister-in-law, Julia; his cherished niece, Alahna; his nephews, Kaleb and Koa; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives he touched.
